 नारी"  नुनिला आँसुका धारा खाएर अमृतमय दूध पिलाउन सक्ने नारी सृष्टिका संरक्षक हुन् । यो समाजले नारीलाई पुरुषको चाकर्नीको नजरले हेर्छ तर नारीलाई शिक्षा दिइने हो भने उनले त्यो विश्वको सफल नेतृ्त्वसमेत गर्न सक्छन् । म्याडम क्युरी,  फलोरेन्स नाइटिङ्गेल, जुनको ताबेइ आदि यस्ता व्यक्तित्व हुन् जसले आˆनो प्रतिभाको माध्यमबाट आफूलाई विश्वभर चिनाउन समर्थ भए र यिनी सबै नारी नै हुन् जसले शिक्षा पाएका थिए । त्यसैले देश विकासका लागि शिक्षित नारीको खाँचो छ । हाम्रो नेपाली समाजमा नारी चेतानको ज्यादै नै आवश्यकता छ   ।  नारी सम्बन्धित अप्रिय घटनाहरु को ९०% कारण नारी शिक्षाको कमी  र नारी चेतनाको कमीले नै हुन्छ्न |नारी दिवस ,,नारी कृति ,,नारी हस्ताक्षर ,,नारी समाज ,,नारी अरु के के ,,मेरो समझको ल्याकत भन्दा टाढाका कुरा हुन् यि सायद ,,,!म बुझ्दिन यि शब्दहरुको अर्थ । मैले आजसम्मको दिनहरुमा कहिल्यै सुनेको छैन उपर्युक्त ठाउंमा पुरुष शब्द जोडीएको । यि शब्दवलीबाट एस्तो लाग्छ ,,नारीहरु सर्बेसर्बा हुन् /होलान् । वास्तविकता त्यस्तो केही छैन । मानव भ्रुणबाटै नारी पुरुषको जन्म भ...

What is Cyber Crime?

The term ‘cyber crime’ refers to criminal activity that involves ICT (information and communications technology). Cybercrime may be defined as “Any unlawful act where computer or communication device or computer network is used to commit or facilitate the commission of a crime”. Computer, mobile phones and the internet have changed modern life. They provide us with many benefits. 





However, information technology also make us vulnerable to a wide range of threats. These threats may result in financial loss or damage to our reputation.

Types of cyber crime:

1.     Theft

2.     Cyber staking

3.     Identity theft

4.     Malicious softwer

5.     Child soliciting and abuse

6.     Computer vandalism

Prevention of cybercrimes:

Computer users can adopt various techniques to prevent cybercrime. 

1.     Make sure that social networking profile such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, MSN are set to private. Check their security settings and be careful what information users post online. Once it is on the internet, it is extremely difficult to remove.

2.      Computer user must use a firewall to protect their computer from hackers. Most security software comes with a firewall. Turn on the firewall that comes with their router as well.    

3.     Secure mobile devices. More often than not, people leave their mobile devices unattended. By activating the built-in security features, they can avoid any access to personal details. Never store passwords, pin numbers and even own address on any mobile device.

4.     Protect data to avoid criminals to hake. Use encryption for most sensitive files such as tax returns or financial records, make regular back-up of all important data and store it in a different location.

5.      Protect e-identity. Users must be careful when giving out personal information such as name, address, phone number or financial information on the internet. Make sure that websites are secure.
